My two sons, Joshua and Zoltan, are handsome young men; Joshua served in the Tokyo North Mission, and Zoltan in the Japan Nagoya Mission. They are both in Provo going to school. They are both good young men who love the Lord and have tried to do their best, my joy!

After many years working as FTE for the church in Brazil, I now work as a translator, also with the church and others, as a free lancer! Besides working with translation and teaching English I am pursuing other interests in the crafts business.
I have held all the possible callings, from branch, ward, district and stake levels, with all three auxiliaries... lots of them... all fun and challeging at various times. I moved around a lot... I have lived in Provo, Springville, Tennessee, Texas (twice) and we are now settling in Embu das Artes - near the SP temple... a quaint small turistic city known for it arts and crafts Currently I am serving as stk RS president in our recently created stake.
But most certainly my mission was the turning point in my life, for all that I have learned and for the strong testimony I have acquired during the service of the Lord. It will stay forever in my memory as a time of great and sometimes challenging experiences that pushed me to to be better and stronger. It taught me I could do all that I set my mind to... I am forever thankful for my companions and all those I have worked with!

But just a trivia... I think I was the missionary who longest served in an area.. 14 months in the sama area... only 1 transfer!!! during the whole mission!!! I had the privilege of working with and training the leadership of the branch and district soon to be created and taught seminary for a whole year.. maybe this was the reason I wasn´t transferred... to strenghten and work with the members... you need to know this was a recently created mission!!

I sure remember our time with great joy... wonderful years in the mission field!
