Happy Holidays, toata lumea! I just wanted to post a quick update: I recently returned from Temporary Duty in Ethiopia, where I spent three months teaching English to Ethiopian military. I had a wonderful time, as it was more like a vacation than a job assignment. The people there were highly amiable, the country surprisingly lush, and the food wonderfully delectable! I'm now back in Texas working at the DLIELC, teaching English to U.S. Army pre-basics who are either from Puerto Rico or who are permanent residents of the U.S. from other countries. I really love my job and am having a lot of fun in Texas. I currently serve as the Education Counselor in the Relief Society in my singles ward and life continues to be unpredictable.
