Hi everyone
My first year in the army has been almost all in training. I spent a few months at Fort Jackson, S. Carolina, moved to Fort Benning GA for officer candidate school, went to Fort Sill OK for basic officer leadership course, and Right now I am at Fort Eustis VA for transportation officer basic course.
I was able to be at home for the birth of my first child on January 6 (my own birthday). His name is Jaron James Eagan. There are tons of pictures of him on the weblog, as well as of me and Nancy in the older posts.
The Army is sending me to Italy in July, I expect to live there for three years and I will very likely have the opurtunity to do training missions in Romania from time to time.
Life is good, and the Lord has blessed me so much. I hope all of my mission pals are well. Give me a call anytime. |
