Sorry it's taken me so long to get registered. In addition to Elder Benner (my trainer) and Elder Koch ("coach"), I had the privilege of serving with Elder Morris (MTC companion and a fantastic dancer), Elder Reagan (klixin-klousk!), Elder Bassett (twice -- it was great!!), Elder Mons (ask him to do the "horse eye" for you), Elder Kunic (he showed me a bottle of cologne once and said "Look, some poor homey made this!" Get it? Pour homme.), Elder Oberg (ran into him on the ski slopes once after the mission), Elder Bass (He once turned an ordinary elevator ride into a rocket adventure.), and Elder Woodbury (prankster).
I absolutely loved my mission. It was tough sometimes, but have some wonderful memories of companions, members, investigators, and just being in Russia. I think about it all the time and really miss it. I appreciate the service of President and Sister Wright. It was great having their family there with us.
So now we're living out here in Virginia. We have two boys -- Houston and Brady. They are really great. I hope everyone's doing fine and that we'll get to see you again sometime soon. |
