I am the mother of 5 and a bonus son makes 6. I have a daughter, Sister Putnam, currently serving in Rostov until April 2006. I also have a son serving in Mexico City East until June of 2006. It is exciting to have them on missions and I enjoy hearing from them. It reminds me of my mission to Hamburg Germany in 1980-1982. I joined the church via missionaries the summer between my Jr. and Sr. year of high school. It is neat to see the growth of the church throughout the world. I enjoy serving in what ever nature the Lord desires from me. I especially enjoy being a visiting teacher as it is the most imoportant church calling a woman can have, in my opinion that it. |
