| Just a quick story to let you know that God is helping us with this work. I am a ward missionary in Galveston, Texas. Yesterday we had an appointment to teach four new members the New Member discussions. We were to meet in a new building where these members had never been. Two of them showed up on time. The other two were not there. After an hour of teaching, we were almost finished with the lesson. It was just then that the spirit prompted me to go downstairs and outside of the building to meet the two new members that would be arriving. I did it but I felt a little foolish because I thought for sure that they would not be there since they were already over an hour late. Right when I opened the door, they drove by and saw me. They expressed gratitude and said that they were lost and they started driving around looking for us when I just happened to open the door. I know that God helps us make this work go smoother dspite what difficulties we may face. He is always there guiding us. When this happened to me, a flood of memories entered my mind. I remember the little miracles that happened every day on my mission. It is certainly God's work. |
