| Comments: Hey everybody, Not too much has changed since my last update, though I did graduate from law school in May. I’m going to work on September 18th with a mid-size law firm in this area (DC) that specializes in construction law (www.wthf.com). I’m not sure if I posted this earlier, but I majored in construction management at BYU, so I’m hoping that my studies there will complement my job at the firm. I’m currently enjoying my last stint of freedom (that’s code for: I’m watching a lot of movies) before I have to actually start producing in the real world. We used to live on Capitol Hill, but we were kicked out by the community because we don’t sip lattes, we don't own a small dog, and we don’t hate W (that’s three strikes right there). Actually, we voluntarily moved to Arlington, just across the river, mostly to cut down on my commute to work (which is located in Tyson’s Corner). Katie is fine. She still works as Senator Larry Craig’s scheduler on the Hill, and she loves it. She just returned from a 10 day, all expense paid trip to China (paid for by a private organization). We are still working on our first kid, and are hoping for the good news any day. I read this site often and enjoy hearing from you. I respect you all and all that you’re doing. Scotty P | |
