My wife and I are serving in the South Africa Cape Town mission. We have been assigned to Grahamstown, Eastern Cape as Branch President. It is very different as a senior couple on mission. There is a great need for more couples in the mission field. We arrived in June 2011, scheduled to return to Oklahoma in December 2012. We left 17 grandchildren, ages 2 to 14. We are sure they will grow up while we are gone, but Skype and computers help us stay in contact. We did not select South Africa for our mission, I guess I have some unfinished work to do.
