| Comments: I went to BYU after my mission, where I met Charles. We have been married for 17 years now. We have been blessed with 6 sons: Alex (who would haveturn 16 this year, but he passed away at the age of 27 months), Ben (14), Jon (12), Greg (9), Tim (7) and Nate (4). My husband is a programmer, and we now live in the Chicago area. I graduated from BYU with a degree in English, and I proofread for a few websites to keep my skills up-to-date. I was released as the Primary President this year and am now serving as ward music chair, choir director, Relief Society pianist, Cub Committee Chair and Scout Committee Secretary. (The joys of living in a small ward!) Last year, my inlaws took my husband and me to Switzerland and France! We visited Geneva, Paris, Lyon, Annecy, and Gruyere. It was wonderful to see Lyon again--I remembered how to get around. I was able to speak French fluently by about the third day, which was a relief. I would love to hear from friends from my mission days. | |
