Nadauld is a professor in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. Brother Nadauld has been the CEO of a dairy cooperative and president of Weber State University; he also served for five years as a General Authority in the Second Quorum of the Seventy in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Brother Nadauld is married to Margaret Dyreng Nadauld, who currently serves as the Young Women General President of teh Church.
