| Comments: Married with 6 children (27,26,25,21,19,17 and two grandchildren). Graduated from Ga. Tech in 1982 (Comp. Sci) Living in the Powder Springs Georgia Stake. Currently in High Priest Group Leadership. Former member of Bishopric. I now work for Infosys Technologies Ltd. in Bangalore, India. I am a US based employee. I am the chief architect of the company's eCommerce business. I attended the Mission Reunion on April 2, 2010. Sis. Mack was there. She looks about 5 years older than she did in 1980 no more. I also saw Elder Anderson and Elder Evans. Elder Shutts and Sr. Mariterangi (now Shutts) were there also but I couldn't get across the room to say hello before my grandson (1 year old) told me that it was time to go. There were 300-400 people there dating back from the 1940 missionaries. Lots of Tahitians, music, pictures. If you haven't been in a while, you should go. I have been told that this is the best reunion that there is. For two hours I got to be Elder Potts again. It is hard to believe that I have been home for almost 32 years. My Tahitian is no longer papu, but the islands still live in my heart and I sure that they still live in yours too. | |
