I have a wife, Colleen, and a son, Steven George Chock (14 Oct 1982), as well as a daughter, Sarah Leilani Chock (30 June 1987). We have lived in Denver since 1983. I met Colleen at BYU and we married 9 May 1981 in the Manti Temple.
I have been Elder's Quorum President 1984-1986. I have been in the bishopric 3 times as 2nd Counselor, Ward Clerk and 1st Counselor under 3 different bishops in the University Hills Ward of the Denver Colorado Stake 1986-1997. I also served for a year on the Denver Stake High Council 1997-1998 before becoming Bishop. I am currently the Denver Stake executive secretary since October 2004 after being released as bishop. |
