We moved to Washington DC in March after three happy years in New Haven, Connecticut. One of the highlights of our time here in DC has been attending the Montgomery Chinese Branch. We have two amazing elders here from Taiwan and we've really enjoyed working with them. If any of you are living in the DC area, we'd love to have you in the branch! Lindsay just gave her first sacrament talk in Chinese--she'll be passing me up in Chinese any day now.
We're moving to Beijing this week for our first foreign service assignment. We'll be there for two years. Mayah (age 3) and Asher (age 2) have been working on their Chinese as well and are excited to be heading back to China (which they remember mostly as Disneyland-Hong Kong). We're hoping to make it to Taiwan in the coming months and would love to see some of you then. Please let us know if you are ever passing through Beijing!
