We left Indiana in 2003 and have been back in China ever since. (We also were in China from 1997-2000).
We are living in Shanghai, just off the A9 Expressway (Zhongchun Rd exit). Anyone passing through is welcome to stop by for a visit, or an overnight if you like.
After Taiwan I got my BA in Poli Sci at USU, then put in nearly 10 years flying helicopters in the Army (including the first little scuffle in Irag). From there it was the Utah for three years and then China. I got my MBA in 2000 from Baker College.
I am now serving as Branch President of the Hongqiao Branch, my wife Catherine teaches at a local international school.
I now work for a health & wellness company managing their manufacturing and sourcing operations in China.
Oh, an update on my four kids; Tristan (27), is still at home, studying at UVU in Biology (will that boy ever graduate?); Trina (25) married Stephen Russell and have a new grandbaby London Lorraine Russell, Trey (23) returned from his mission in Hong Kong and works and studies in Orem; Tess (21) was just married in the SLC temple to Greg Garrett in July 2013. I am getting old. |
