After my mission, I went to BYU and graduated in Chemical Engineering, but not before finding and marrying my red-headed sweetheart, Lisa Tenney, who was from California. Lisa and I have 4 children--2 girls (17, 14), and 2 boys (11, 8). We have moved around a lot: SLC, Kalispell MT, Albuquerque, Taiwan, Albuquerque, Austin TX, and now we live in Grenoble France. Most of my career has been with Philips Semiconductors. It was a wonderful experience to live in Taiwan (Hsin-Chu) for 3 years with my family. I use Chinese all the time in France--there are many students from Mainland China in Grenoble who are accepting the gospel and taking it back to Chinea. China is getting the gospel, just not within its own borders. |
