Well where should I start, is the question. I am currently employeed as Office / CAD Manager for and the General Contractor for a small home builder in Draper, Utah; called Tuscany Homes, LLC. I also manage and coordinate my CAD work through forty Filippinos in Cebu, Philippines. I'm also in the process of designing new product of homes for Day Break; a huge land development, being run by Kennecott.
I also am a licensed Mortgage Offer for a company in St. George, and qualify as a slumlord in Provo, where I own several rental properties.
Recently, a good friend of mine, and roommate; have been traveling quite frequently. Our trips have included, Hawaii, Oregon, Texas, Las Vegas; and have planned these areas for this summer, Cancun, Italy, Philippines, Australia, and Germany.
