Back in January Sister Nan Howard of Powell, Tennessee. Clinch River Ward passed away after a long struggle with cancer. The Howard's are doing great. Lance is serving a mission in Australia.
About a week after attending her graveside service, I learned that President Stanley Trent passed away.
He died of Colon Cancer, which attacked his body rapidly. He was the Branch President of the Rogersville Branch before President Trent. He also was a counselor in the Mission Presidency to President Smith. He was the founder of SMI and partner of HAWKS PIZZA in Churchill.
Two wonderfully generous people with amazing families that I am proud to have been friends with. They are greatly missed
