Smith III, 51, Homestead Ward, Murray Utah South Stake; member of stake mission presidency; former high councilor, bishop and counselor, Young Men president, Scoutmaster, and missionary in Southern Australian Mission; owner and partner of Smith Brubaker; received bachelor's degree in business and economics from BYU and juris doctorate from the University of Utah; born in Redlands, Calif., to Hyrum Ernest Jr. and Gladys Hudson Smith; married Sylvia Sharp, five children. She is a stake missionary; former counselor in ward Young Women presidency, counselor in Primary presidency and in Relief Society presidency, Cub Scout den leader, and Primary chorister; attended BYU and Portland State University; born in Salt Lake City to Milton Giles and Virginia Jane Hug Sharp. |
