This may not be the place to post this message but I am not sure where else to look as I do not know the Virginia area well. I have a friend who just had a baby (they are not members) and the baby was born very early and is in need of a blessing. The baby is located at a hospital in Fairfax. I wanted to try to get a hold of the mission president in that area to see if he could send over some missionaries to give the blessing.
