Hi,
I was taught the gospel by missionaries in the Washington, DC Mission during the year 1970. Was baptized the end of Jan. 1971. I had the opportunity to become a Stake Missionary in the Annandale Stake. In July of 1973 I entered the Mission Home in Salt Lake City and went to the New Zealand South (Wellington) Mission.
I just want to thank all those wonderful elders and sisters who worked with me here in the Washington, DC area.
I'm still in the Washington area. Was married in the Washington, DC Temple in April of 1979. We have 1 daughter (Elizabeth) age 23. We had the opportunity to take her through the temple on our wedding anniversary last year.
Would enjoy hearing from any of the missionaries who served in this area and who remember me. |
