G'day all you bludgers from Seattle mission. I returned home to the land of Oz in 1997, finished university and married a gorgeous Turkish exchange student called Elif. We have two beautiful children, our daughter Simya (3) and son Levent (0), and are currently living in Mandurah, in Western Australia. I am presently the bishop of the ward here (I was called 2 days before Simya was born).
I returned briefly to Seattle during a quick tour of the US in 2004 and Elif fell in love with the place and wants to live there. I was happy to find that some of the members still remembered me. But then, who wouldn't? :)
I'd be happy to hear from anyone who knew me - it's not easy find old friends from the other side of the world! |
