His wife Betty, and youngest daughter, Tina, served with him. President McKoy passed away on 6 August l988 on his beloved farm in Lovettesville, Virginia. He served
faithfully, to the "fullest of his intent" as the mission motto said. That scripture reference is etched on his headstone. He loved each of you Sisters and Elders who served under him, and spoke often of you by name. Sister McKoy currently resides in Virginia. |

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
