Well it is now 2007 and I have been married alomost 5 years. I have two children. My firstborn is Jason Talmage and he is 31/2 yrs. old . He has Down Syndrome. He is a real fun little guy and he keeps me on his toes. He has a little sister, Cheyann Hope who is now 14 months old. She is adorable!I have been a stay at home mom since I gave birth to my son. My husband served in the Omaha Nebraska Mission and is a great guy! Afterall he puts up with me. WE live in a beautiful area of Hemet on over acre with horse, dogs and game birds. I married a farmer( not really he is a superintendant in the construction business) But he grew up working on a farm. We were married in the San Diego Temple.
I really lucked out in the family department. I have had a few callings since my return home. I have serves a sunday school teacher. activity days leader, counselor in ward yw pres. and for the last almost two years in the as 2nd counselor in the Stake Young Women Presidency. It is cool. I learn a lot from the sisters I serve with. We are going to take the youth on the historic Pioneer Trek in Wyoming this summer.!! It will be such a unique learning experience!!I also earned my young womanhood medallion for the first time. Felt good. I am also learning how to be a a better housewife and more well rounded person. I started taking piano lessons and am having fun learning to sew and cook. If I can do it anyone can !! The Lord has given me so many growing experiences and I am grateful. ANyhow my main reason for updating this is that I miss people from the mission and really want to keep in touch and don't have current info. I do beter with phone calls. so give me numbers and I will call you. I miss all my companions and really want to keep in touch!! |
