Some of you may know my cousin Elder Miles Maxwell who also happened to serve in the Washington Spokane Mission a few years back. He suddenly passed away a couple of days ago. His funeral will be held on Monday May 7th in his home ward in Cottonwood Heights Utah. The obituary will be in the Salt Lake Tribune on Saturday, May 5th.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with a missionary that served in the Spokane Mission in 1986 by the name of J.R. Martin? he was very important to me and I woul really love to find him and his parents.

I am trying to find a Sister Karen Terry (maiden name) who served in the Spokane mission around 1975-1977. She taught my parents (Roger and Norma Elber) and I would love to find her. I'm not sure if the spelling of her name is accurate, I have no idea where her hometown is, and I don't know what her married name is, if she has one. Though I do have one old and faded photo of her with her companion at a member's home.
I've called the archival department and the missionary department in Salt Lake and all they can give me are some websites to do a people search, as they can't give out confidential information.
If anyone has any information or suggestions of how I could find her, please get in touch with me.
I really need to thank this sister for bringing the gospel to my parents lives and subsequently mine.

For those of you that served in Prosser I have some bad news. Sister Hamilton from the ward was hit head on going up the hill and died instantly. I don't have anymore information than that.

Hey champs... One of our good friends is going through a hard time right now. Elder Ammon Lee is fighting a battle with brain cancer. My wife and I got to visit with him and his family last week. Hello Everyone! if you served in the Republic Area you most likely know Joe & Joyce Bond. They could use your prayers at this time--it is hoped that Joe will recover from the Miller-Fisher disease that nearly took his life. That branch is held together by a few strong families and the Bond's have done so much for the work up there--please remember them in your prayers! Just wanted everyone who served under Pres. McKoy to know that Sis. McKoy is not doing well. Her health has been rapidly declining since the first of the year.
