Hello: Does anyone know or remember the Ben Musoni Family. They lived in Highfield and the parents served a mission in Harare. They were one of the first members of the ward back in 1981. If you have heard of or know the Musoni, please contact me: Mark Pyper at pyperlaw@aol.com. Thanks so much!!!! PS. Does anyone know the whereabouts of Peter Chai?

Those who served in Gweru thought you might like to know: President Manda (Mkobe 4th) died around Aug 2008, unknown causes. Brother Paulo (Lunde Park Counselor) died around Oct 2008) unknown causes. They were great brothers always helpiing out the Elders and Couples. Our only consolation is that they are in a MUCH better place.

As we were cleaning out some boxes my wife found a song she and her friends wrote while I was in Zimbabwe. I thought I might share it with everyone.
On the 1st day of Christmas my President gave to me. A trunky missionary
2 - White shirts
3 - Pairs of socks
4 - Shoes for tracting
5 - Golden investigators
6 - Book of Mormons
7 - First discussions
8 - Meals for eating
9 - Church meetings
10 - Almost converts
11 - Baptisms
12 - Tickets home
And finally we're home from Africa

I am looking for Itai Mutema. I last heard that he was in the branch presidency in Dangamvura in Mutare. If you know his contact information, please let me know. He was my companion and a very good friend. Things are rather caustic in Zimbabwe right now and I want to see if I can "help a brother out. "
Mutema or anyone that knows him can email me at som24@drexel.edu or fmushala@yahoo.com.
Alternatively, you can write me at 2201 Tremont Street Philadelphia 19115.

I'm trying to contact Charles Dini, who I believe joined the church in the 1980s. My family lived in Harare (Salisbury) for almost 30 years, and Kamwendo, who is Charles' father was our cookboy for many of those years. My mother used to write to him at Chrismas every year, but about two years ago she got a response that seemed clearly from an imposter.
Please sned email if you have any information about the Dini family.
They were originally from Lilongwe in Malawi and with the current situation with "foreigners" the may have had to leave.
