Richard, That's something I hadn't thought of. President Hall had some of the more talented missionaries record a cassette in the 1982-1983 era. I'm sure I still have my copy, but I'll have to look for it.
I'll see if I can convert it to mp3 and post it on the website.
The mission hymn that I remember starts with:
Somos los misioneros
de ésta gran mision
Argentina Buenos Aires Norte
Marcharemos con gran valor...

I served many years ago in Buenos Aires Norte Mission. 1980-1982
I am looking for copy of the Mission Hymn. I will take what ever I can get. Ideally it includes piano music, but even if it is only the words, that would be a good start. please email, fax or mail.
I wonder if it has changed since then?
I served in Jose C Paz, GrandBorg and Zarate

The following obituary appeared in the Deseret News:
Spencer K. Hill 1960 ~ 2006 On October 27, 2006, after a long battle with cancer, Spencer K. Hill surrendered at home with his family, but the memory we nurture will be of his big engaging smile that lit up all of our lives. Spencer was born May 20, 1960 in Ogden, Utah, to loving and devoted parents, Loretta (Stokes) and Kenneth Hill. He grew up in Bountiful and graduated from Bountiful High School. After serving a mission for the LDS church to Buenos Aires, Argentina, Spencer graduated from the University of Utah where he was the student-body president. With a talent for business that stemmed from his gift with people, Spencer helped to grow a multitude of companies into successful enterprises. On December 24, 1995, Spencer married Louise Young, truly his best friend and soul mate who gave him strength, courage and comfort. They found joy in each other, even in the most difficult of circumstances. Spencer lived for his children and left them an infinite legacy of love that is bigger than life. Spencer's smile and unbridled love for life are legendary. Though he left too soon, he packed a lifetime into everyday. He loved the gospel of Jesus Christ with all of his heart and found joy in service with the youth. He spent his life climbing mountains and crossing oceans, literally and figuratively. Spencer collected people everywhere he went, and they each thought they were his special friend - and they were. Spencer's band of buddies intimately served him and loved him completely. To his friends, "Happy Trails!" He is survived by his wife, Louise Young Hill; his extraordinary and brave children, Caroline (17), Virginia (10), David (8), and Catherine (6); parents, Loretta (Stokes) and Kenneth Hill; sisters, Shelly Wright (Lynn) and Jodi Strong (Rick); mother-in-law, Alice Young Marsh; brothers-in-law, Richard Young (Georgeanne), Howard Young (Amy), and David Young; sister-in-law, Susana Anderson (Jeff); father-in law, John Young (Nicki). Services to celebrate Spencer's life will be Thursday, Nov. 2, 1:00 p.m., Bonneville Stake Center, 1535 E. Bonneview Dr. (1080 S.), Salt Lake City. The viewing will be Wednesday, Nov. 1, 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 E. 1300 S., and Thursday, Nov. 2, 11 a.m.-12 noon prior to the funeral service at the Stake Center. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the Huntsman Cancer Institute staff, affectionate gratitude toward Dr. Samlowski, and tender appreciation to the many friends and neighbors who made a difference.
