I married Elissa Yates in Dec 1995, and have three children, a beautiful daughter, called Jayde Tyger East (born 2000), my clone - Seth Nathan East (born 2002), and our baby girl - Jewel Rose East (born 2004). We celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary in the Sydney Temple, and up in the Blue Mountains :)
We moved to Canberra in March 2005. Originally we were only planning to be here short term, but I was called as Bishop of Tuggeranong Ward in the Canberra Stake in July 2005. Things are now in the Lord's hands as to how long we're here. I was released as Bishop in Dec 2008 after a long period of poor health. Health has since improved, and I'm currently serving on the High Council.
Managed to get over to Salt Lake for the 2007 Oct Conference and Elissa's mission reunion. Also had a great time catching up with President & Sister Nielsen, and Elder Darryl Sam. Was great to see them all, catching up and hearing about how all of the missionaries were doing. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and planning our next trip back to Utah in 2012. |

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
