I also served with Tina Valpreda, Vicki Dahlgren (Baker), Robyn Brien, June Brown (White), and Erlene Ellingson. Lister and Purvis were my MTC companions and I served again with Purvis in the field. I had the best companions ever. I returned to live in this mission field only 2 months after returning home and periodically run into investigators, members and friends from the mission. I have four children with the older two daughters married and each with a boy (and another grandson on the way). Being a grandma is great! My olderst boy is heading to college and my other boy is just starting high school. My husband is from Ecuador, so I get to keep up on my Spanish with family and community. I am a labor economist with the state and choir director in my ward right now. |
