This isn't exactly current information, but it does help to explain the gaps in President Heslop's contact information.
President Heslop passed away almost 2 years ago in 2011. http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/deseretnews/obituary.aspx?page=lifestory&pid=152836697#fbLoggedOut
I was very saddened to read the news. He was a great man and example to me. Equally saddening is that his wife Fae died in 2009. I remember her often, especially when I make deep dish pizza from the recipe that she gave us.

Does anyone know the where abouts of Pedro Tobar. He served under President Heslop 1981 - 1982.
