Jan T. Tveten, 63, Norway Oslo Mission; Rochester Ward, Centralia Washington Stake; high councilor and temple ordinance worker; former stake clerk, high councilor, bishop and counselor, and priests quorum adviser; director of Washington State Parks; received bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington; born in Skien, Norway, to Karl and Ingerborg Lunden Tveten; married Ruth Dahle, seven children. She is a counselor in the ward Young Women presidency and temple ordinance worker; former stake Young Women president, ward Relief Society and Primary president; born in Missoula, Mont., to Alton Hill and Zelda B. Jensen Dahle.
