I'm still married and am living in Visalia, California. I'm attending Fresno State University, studying Chemistry with the goal of going to pharmacy school afterward. I'm currently working as a Pharmacy Technician with Walgreens Pharmacy. I'm in the busiest Pharmacy in California (and usually ranked in the top 5 in the nation), so work keeps me on my toes. I'm also teaching the Elder's Quorum every other Sunday at church (loving the teachings of Spencer W!). All that combined with a full load of classes makes me a busy man. Despite my schedule (or maybe because of it) I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life.
I've learned a lot of hard lessons since my mission. I said it jokingly on my mission, but it's true, I'm a prideful sucker. The Lord's humbled me. I hope to stay that way. I want you all to know that I have a testimony of repentance. As Alma said, there is no sweeter thing than knowing that the Lord has forgiven you of your sins. I will be eternally grateful for the Lord's patience and care for me.
I hope that everybody is doing well, and that the Lord is blessing you as much as he is me. He loves us, no matter who we are or were. Y'all take care. |
