Moved to Gilbert, AZ in June, 2002 to start my private practice. 3 kids, Nick is 10, Zach is 8, and Emily is 3. Married Cheryl Maxwell 3 months after getting home. Went to school at U of Utah, U of Connecticut for dental school, and Loma Linda U. in Southern CA for anesthesia training. I had the opportunity to go to Iquitos with my dental school back in 1998, pulled teeth along the Amazon for 2 weeks, so nice to get back to Peru, but Aeroperu went out of business while we were there, stranding us! Same old Peru. Went back fall of 2001 to hike the Inca Trail from Cuzco to Machu Picchu, incredible experience, but unfortunately we were there during the events of Sept 11. Getting home was more adventurous than the hike. Not a week goes by without some thought of Peru and Lima Este. My two years with you all have opened more doors than I could have ever imagined.
