Comments: I served with an outstanding group of missionaries when Portugal was just one mission. I have visited Portugal six times since I returned. I like to "work over" those that were not baptized when I was there, or have become less active. In December, 2002 I was asked to go to Faro to baptize a women we taught over 23 years ago. She was the first women we talked to upon arrival in Faro in 1979. It was an honor to baptize her. I married my high-school sweetheart 2 1/2 months after returning from my mission and we have four children: Natasha (21) a missionary in Taiwan, Marquessa (18) at BYU, Jace (13) and Parker (10). I have been with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 20 years. My Firm asked me to assume responsibility for U.S. operations in South and Central America, so we live in São Paulo Brazil. We will be here for the next four - five years. We love it here. I travel all around Brazil and 18 other countries. I look forward to finding many of the Brazilian missionaries I served with many years ago. |
