I haven't had any contact with anyone from the mission in a long time, although I still have contact with some converts who have moved from Rostov to Palestine. I had to leave Rostov a year early because of health problems, and I still miss it TONS. I graduated from the Y in Russian and International Law and Diplomacy. In 2001 (six years after returning from Russia), I got to serve the second half of my mission (in Montana Billings). I didn't get to use much of my Russian, but I loved it and had wonderful experiences. Now I'm in Texas at dental school. My wife and I are ward missionaries and expecting our first child (a boy) in January 2007. |
