| Comments: My name was Terii Orometua. I spent the first year and a half in the outer islands speaking mainly Tahitian. My last year was in Papeete, where I taught both Tahitians and French. We didn't have the language training mission. First group of Tahitians went to NZ temple. The church elementary school was built in Papeete. (on site of the Temple). I am married and have 6 children and 7 grandchildren. My wife and I have recently served a Temple Mission with President Stone in Tahiti. We completed our dream mission in August 2008 we treasure or service with the great Tahitian people. | |
