After the mission, I went back to Wisconsin for 2 years and then to BYU. I married a Utah girl and stayed in Utah from January 1976 until August 2004. I worked for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) in Salt Lake. I was in charge of public relations, TV, radio, marketing, web site, and all publications from UDWR.
I just moved to Austin, Texas to take over the role of publisher of Texas Parks and Wildlife magazine. (Aug 2004)
Susan and I have 3 kids, 2 married and 1 still in college. The 2 boys went to Montreal, Canada and Hawaii on their missions. Our youngest (19 year old daughter) just got married, so I decided to move.
I have a BA in English from BYU and a masters of professional communication (MPC) from Westminster College in Salt Lake.
My favorite hobbies are tournament bass fishing and golf. |
