Comments:
I held various callings after the mission and had risen to the office of bishop of our ward. In late 2002 God began to move in my life in unexpected ways, and He led me to compare my LDS faith to Biblical teachings of Him and His gospel. In January 2003, I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Though I had always believed in Christ the Biblical Jesus differed from my LDS faith. I was led by God to pursue my new relationship with Him which led me and my family to leave the LDS church. |
