1979: Director of Education, Advisement and Certification at BYU.
1992: Associate professor at BYU
1992: Called to serve as president of the BYU 18th stake.
(Formerly served as stake president's counselor and bishop)
1993: Associate Professor of Educational Leadership (BYU)
1997: Released as president of the BYU 18th stake.
1998: Named director of BYU's Freshman Academy.
2001: Associate Dean, General Education and Honors (BYU)
