Comments: President Villamizar was called to serve as president of the Venezuela Caracas Mission at the age of 56. He and his wife Maria-Ines Villamizar have three children. Att the time they received their call, they were members of the Spring Creek 13th Ward, Springville Utah Spring Creek Stake. President Villamizar was serving as a ward membership clerk and is a former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, branch president, high priest group leader assistant, counselor in the Venezuela Caracas Mission and missionary in the Venezuela Caracas Mission. He was working on the faculty of Brigham Young University. He was born in Caracas, Venezuela to Jose Rosario Villamizar and Gladys Efigenia Gonzalez de Villamizar.
At the time of her calling, Sister Villamizar was serving as a visiting teaching supervisor. She has also served as a Young Women president, Young Women adviser, Primary teacher, Sunday School teacher, and Relief Society teacher. Born in Santiago, Chile, to Joel Hernando Valenzuela and Maria Eusebia Munoz.
