Hi to all,
Esprikitik did it again! It was great fun to be with pres and sis revillo last saturday for a reunion. There were about 30 RMs who showed up plus a number of spouses and children. (micabalo, macaro, gasmena, cortez, jojit aguilar, jasmin francisco aguilar, sis gregorio, sis soriano, coloma, apanitan, rosales, godito, cabanting, milan, daguman, dyquiangco, allapitan, basallo, ballados, mendoza, jalagat, ticong, awit, pilobello, sevilla alex, larry sevilla, gisala, apor...)
It would be great to show you some pictures here soon, after we have received them from those who have taken some shots.
the committee for reuinion in july 2007 is already formed. the members are jojit aguilar, aris apanitan, herbet coloma, randy rosales, jessica basallo, ray allapitan, and danny cabanting.

1. Reunion is on june 10, saturday, 9am to 2 pm, buendia chapel, makati city. it was noted that june 12 is traditionally busy for families and wards.

c. 10:15-10:45am games/activities
d. 10:45-11am impromptu batch presentations
e. 11-12nn group dynamics
f. 12-1pm multimedia presentation/lunch
g. 1-1:30pm testimony

3. Committees:
a. program/publicity- bing/saul+others

4. registration fee, to cover food, and other expenses for games, group dynamics and souvenir gift to pres and sis revillo- P150 per person. others who may want to give more or sponsor or donate something are most welcome!
5. deadline to signify your 100% attendance is june 4, sunday. this is every important to determine for how many people food will be prepared. payment may be made in advance through anyone of the core group or during the reunion itself.
6. to allow the participants to focus on the activities, bringing of children is not encourged, although it is not prohibited. if only possible. spouses are definitely welcome!
7. for the multimedia presentation, please email your scanned mission pictures and other mementos to alex at alsev_ph@yahoo.com, on or before may 28.

Hi all Revillo RMs,
just want to share the minutes of our planning meeting about the reunion, held last friday, 7pm, buendia:
A) attendance:
myself, bing godito, and saul micabalo (with his wife).
B) we suggest to hold the reunion on june 10, sat, instead of june 12 (mon). we note that ward and family activities are usually scheduled on holidays. saul agreed to communicate to pres. revillo about june 10. the date is still open though for your suggestion.
C) we suggest that the reunion should not be whole day to allow us to have time with other endeavors. we note that 9 am up to about 1pm would be ideal.
D) we suggest the formation of the following committees:
1. food
2. physical facilities/sound system - c/o cortez
3. program/invitation/publicity
4. registration/directory
5. multi-media presentation/ memorabilia/exhibit
E) we agreed to meet again on may4, thurs, 630pm, buendia. we invite everyone who can come, specially those who live in nearby areas.
F) we joined Saul in praying that the reunion would be a success.
G) "ESPIRIKITIK 2006" is suggested as the slogan of the reunion.

It has beens years that passed Filipinos waited for another temple...and that time has come. I heard the news about having this temple in Cebu last Saturday in our High Council Meeting...my heart pump up with joy and gladness when our stake president surprisingly told us about it. It may take for a while to construct it..may be two to three years having the CES, Patron House and other Church Building will be also constructed. Other details were not mentioned yet, but this is a very good news for everyone here.

Good news...
My dad just related an interview that he had with Elder Richard G. Hinckley (he's a bishop and we just had a new stake presidency called). Upon hearing that I had served in the PTM, Elder Hinckley told him that the construction for the Cebu Temple has just been approved. I don't know anything as far as the timeline goes but it's very exciting!
