My sister will be in the Manila area from 29 Jan 2004 - 03 Feb 2004 and I'd like to have her date as many elligible RM's (college grads) that I can while she is there.
She is 31, an RM from Norway, graduated from BYU, works as a stock broker.
Anyway, let me know if you or any of your family or friends would like to date her while she is there.

Elder Cabanting,
Good to see you on here! I've been thinking about you recently, so I am glad to see you. I am also now married, with a baby daughter named Asia. I will complete my M.B.A. in four months. I'd love to return to the Philippines for my professional career. I just did an internship for a healthcare staffing company. Please, let's keep in touch. My wife and I were in the Philippines May 2002 and its likely we may return.
God Bless you,
Talk to you soon.

If you remember the Ruyeras family from UEP Branch, Northern Samar, you will remember that they are a great member family. Currently, they are in special need of help. If you could possibly help them out financially (even a little), please contact me and I'll give you more information.

Kumusta! Right now I'm taking a foreign language course here at BYU-I and am in need of some literature from the Philippines...if any of you have poetry, or a book (other than religious books, those don't count) with short stories or even a novel that I could somehow get ahold of that would be great. I've been searching for Waray-Waray or Cebuano books but they're pretty hard to come by...even in Region 8 they're hard to come by. So, if you do have ANYTHING, even a story or a poem that a member wrote just email it to me if you can--that would be great! Salamat!

I haven't heard from my companion Elder Ron Smith for quite sometime now. We served in Alang-alang together in '94. Just in case anybody knows his contact information, please send it to me through my e-mail address. Appreciate it very much. Thanks.
